원산지 이스라엘
Prizmatix offers a full range of modules for in-vivo optogenetics starting
from the single wavelength plug-and-go Optogenetics-LED to multi-wavelength systems
for activation and silencing, with speeds of better than millisecond-scale temporal precision.

From light source to cannula and everything in between,
Prizmatix can provide all the components necessary for your research - including advice and guidance.

Introducing Prizmatix's complete set-up
for in-vivo applications with freely moving mammals

Optogentics Toolbox
1-Ultra High Power LEDs
d7 Dimensions housingUltra High Power (UHP) LEDs are excellent light sources for Optogenetics experiments. The UHP LEDs feature ultra-high brightness at small active area which enables both fiber coupling applications and epifluorescence excitation. The UHP LED driver is controlled by a fast opto-isolated TTL input for fast switching with a rise/fall time of microseconds, much faster than the millisecond pulses required for Optogenetics applications.
2-Beam Combiner
The Beam Combiner can join two discrete UHP-LEDs into one output beam, which can then be coupled to a microscope or an optical fiber. For increased versatility, additional optical filters can be installed at the input or the output ports of the Beam Combiner.
3-Fiber Coupling Adaptor
The UHP-LED can be easily changed from direct microscope coupling to fiber coupled LED configuration, using this Fiber Coupler Adaptor. This adaptor can be easily assembled by the user on the UHP-LED output.
Prizmatix offers a variety of standard and custom fibers and ferrules for optogenetics research. Multi-mode silica and polymer fibers are available.
5-Rotary Joint
Fiber optic Rotary Joint is another useful accessory for Optogenetics in vivo studies. It enables coupling of an optical fiber to a freely moving mammals. The Rotary Joint stator can be affixed to the cage while the rotor side rotates freely and maintaining unchanged light transmittance.
6-Beam Switcher
The Beam Switcher accessory allows for Prizmatix LEDs installed on a microscope to be used either as microscope epi-fluorescence illumination or illuminating via a fiberoptic probe. Especially useful for in-situ Optogenetics studies, the Beam Switcher saves cost and space yet enables maximum flexibility in experiment design.
7-Filter Wheel
The UHP-Mic-LED can be equipped with a 6 positions filter wheel at the beam output. This accessory is especially useful for UHP-Mic-LED-White light source.
8-Microscope Adaptors
Use these adaptors to connect Prizmatix LED light sources to the most widely used microscopes. Adaptors for epi-fluorescence ports of Nikon, Zeiss, Olympus and Leica microscopes are available.
9-LLG-A (Liquid Light Guide Adaptor)
The UHP-LEDs can be easily changed from direct microscope coupling to Liquid Light Gide (LLG) coupled using this Adaptor. This adaptor can be easily assembled by the user on the UHP-LED output.
10-LLG-3/LLG-5 (Liquid Light guide)
A flexible 3mm core liquid light guide is ideal to conduct light from the large LED emitter to the microscope.
11-Liquid Light Guide XYZ Collimator
The Prizmatix LLG collimator is an XYZ adjustable collimator for Liquid Light Guide (LLG) with adaptor for the epi-illumination port of fluorescence microscopes. This collimator can be equipped with Nikon, Olympus, Zeiss or Leica adaptors.
12-C-Mount Adaptor
A standard C-mount thread adaptor (1-32 UN 2A thread), Usually used to connect to trinocular microscopes.
13-Fiberoptic Collimator
Collimators are required to generate a parallel beam of light out of the naturally diverging light emission from an optical fiber. Prizmatix collimator is designed to collimate High NA fibers (up to 0.53), such as Hard Polymer Clad fibers and Polymer Optical Fibers (POFs).
14-Reference Photodiode
The photodiode is useful in order to monitor LED source power over time in experiments required exceptional stability over long time period.
The photodiode signal can be used to normalize measurements; alternatively the photodiode signal can serve as a feedback signal to stabilize the LED power.
15-Optogenetics-Fiber (in-vivo)
For in-vivo applications, single or bilateral dual fiber
16-Ferrules (Implantable Cannulae)
Prizmatix Implantable Fiberoptic Cannulae / Ferrules allow direct light stimulation of certain deep brain regions in living animals. Each Cannula consists of a Zirconia ferrule accommodating a high NA Silica optical fiber, protruding from the Zirconia ferrule at a desired length.
17- Optogenetics-Fiber-200
Fiber for in- vitro applications: bare fiber protruding from thin stainless steel tubing.
18/19-USB-TTL Interface/Pulser

18. Controls Prizmatix LEDs from imaging software (e.g. microManger) via USB.
19. TTL pulse train generator featuring simple PC software for pulse programming.
